Skadden advised Yidu Technology Inc., a leading Chinese company providing big data and artificial intelligence-based healthcare solutions, in its listing and initial public offering on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The offering raised approximately HK$ 4.1 billion (approximately US$ 531 million), before the exercise of the over-allotment option. The retail offering was 1,633 times oversubscribed. Trading commenced on 15 January 2021.
