China Ming Yang Wind Power Group Limited (NYSE: MY) announced on June 22, 2016, that it has completed its approximately US$408 million going private takeover by its chairman and a group of private equity sponsors. Ming Yang is a leading wind energy solution provider in China.
Skadden is serving as U.S. legal advisor to Ming Yang's special committee of the board of directors. The Skadden team includes partner Peter Huang, associates James Chang and Peter Qiu, and international legal consultant Alice Chunbei Li.
