Skadden represented UBS, Standard Chartered, Deutsche Bank and Citi as joint bookrunners and joint lead managers in a US$240 million Regulation S offering of 6.95% guaranteed senior notes due 2024 by Modernland Overseas Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of PT Modernland Realty Tbk, a leading real estate developer in Indonesia. The notes were listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. The net proceeds from the sale of the Notes are to be used to fund the partial redemption of the group's Guaranteed Senior Notes due 2019, to repay certain credit facilities and for general corporate purposes. The deal closed on April 13, 2017.
