Hong Kong-listed Ourgame International Holdings Limited announced on 26 November 2015 that its controlling shareholder group, together with a pre-IPO investor, are selling an approximately 29% aggregate stake in Ourgame to Beijing iRena Culture, a sports services company listed on China's "New Third Board" for approximately US$178 million. The agreement was signed on 24 November 2015.
Skadden represented the controlling shareholders of Ourgame on the transaction. Skadden also acted for Ourgame on its Hong Kong IPO in 2014 and in its acquisition of the World Poker Tour earlier this year.
The Skadden team included partner Christopher Betts, Asia Pacific counsel Enoch Wong and associate Eric Lai.
