Skadden advised global technology leader Xiaomi Corporation on its approximately US$ 4.7 billion initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
This is the first ever Hong Kong offering to adopt a dual-class share structure and the first to list under Hong Kong's new regime for innovative technology companies. Trading in the shares commenced on 9 July 2018.
