Skadden advised Daiwa Capital Markets Europe Ltd., Barclays Bank plc, Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., and Goldman Sachs International as the underwriters in the US$ 1.5 billion offering of 1.250 % guaranteed bonds due 2031 by the Japan Bank for International Cooperation. The notes have been listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The offering closed on 21 January 2021.
