SSEK partners Fitriana Mahiddin and Syahdan Z. Aziz have contributed the Indonesia chapter to the International Comparative Legal Guide to: Oil and Gas Regulation 2020.
The guide covers common issues in oil and gas laws and regulations, including the development of oil and natural gas, import/export of natural gas, LNG, import/export of oil, transportation, transmission and distribution and foreign investment.
