SSEK Leads In-House Training For Indonesia Foreign Affairs Ministry: Drafting A Memorandum Of Understanding (MoU) And The Differences Between An MoU And A Contract Or Agreement.

SSEK Legal Consultants partner Stephen Igor Warokka and Revaldi Wirabuana, an associate at the firm, led an in-house training session for the legal and administrative bureau of Indonesia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
 

The training covered drafting a memorandum of understanding (MoU) and the differences between an MoU and a contract or agreement. Stephen and Revaldi touched on the technical legal points relevant to MoU drafting and presented case studies.
