Stephenson Harwood Hong Kong and Singapore advised Nexion Technologies Limited on the company’s approximately HK$72 million listing on the Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
Nexion Technologies Limited is an established information and communications technology solution provider headquartered in Singapore focusing on the provision of cyber infrastructure and cyber security solutions.
Our Hong Kong and Singapore offices acted as legal advisors and provided an integrated multi-office service to our client.
