Stephenson Harwood (Singapore) Alliance has advised AZTECH Global on its S$297 million initial public offering on the Singapore Exchange's (SGX) mainboard.
AZTECH Global is a key technology enabler focusing on providing one-stop design and manufacturing services. Supported by its core strengths in research and development (R&D), design, engineering and manufacturing, the company’s key products are Internet of Things (IoT) devices, data-communication products and LED lighting products. It also provides joint development manufacturing (JDM) and electronics manufacturing services (EMS) services to clients including blue chip customers and technology start-ups.
This transaction is the first IPO of 2021 on the SGX mainboard. The funds raised will be used for the expansion and enhancement of AZTECH's manufacturing facilities, development of R&D capabilities, exploring further growth in the IoT market, as well as overall business expansion.
