Taiwan – Tsar & Tsai Advises On HTC USD1.1bn Cooperation Agreement With Google.

Tsar & Tsai acted as Taiwan legal counsel to HTC Corporation (“HTC”) in its recently announced US$ 1.1 billion cooperation agreement with Google.  

 

The parties successfully entered into the cooperation agreement in Sepeptember 2017.
