For preparation of the 3rd round of APG mutual evaluation at the end of 2018, the FSC deems financial leasing enterprise as a declaration obligor on AML/CFT affairs and requires them to undertake the AML/CFT measures prescribed in the Regulations Governing Anti-Money Laundering of Financial Leasing Enterprises, which was promulgated by FSC on June 20, 2018.
