Taiwan – The IP Court Held That The Conductive Paste Product Of Giga Solar Did Not Infringe The Patent Of Heraeus.

Heraeus asserts that Giga Sola’s conductive paste for photovoltaic cells products (“Products”) infringed its R.O.C. patent No. I432539 (“Patent”), and filed a patent infringement lawsuit with the IP Court.

The IP Court of the first instance rendered a judgement on July 7, 2017, holding that Giga Solar’s Product did not infringe the Patent and the complaint was dismissed in favor of Giga Solar.
