Ben Cooper, a well-known search industry veteran, has launched a new executive search firm, focused on providing a bespoke, thorough, personalised service to a select number of clients and candidates. It will initially focus on legal and compliance search mandates.
Ben, a former barrister, was voted the Number 1 Legal & Compliance head-hunter in Asia by AsiaMoney, and was also recognised as the best recruitment consultant in Asia by Global Recruiter.
Ben said at the launch:
“After listening carefully to the needs of clients and candidates throughout my career, I decided to set up a new search firm to realise my vision of what the market clearly needed. The idea was not to start “just another” search firm, but to fill an obvious gap in the market and to offer clients and candidates a heightened level of service. The business is also structured in such a way that it is able to grow while maintaining this unique, client-centric approach.”
