SEBI had issued a Circular to All Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs) and to all Designated Depository Participants (DDPs) / Custodians on 07 August 2023 vide Circular No. SEBI/HO/AFD/AFD-POD-2/P/CIR/2023/138 on Transactions in Corporate Bonds through Request for Quote (RFQ) Platform by FPIs. Through the short circular, SEBI had issued short stipulations to increase the transparency and disclosure system related to the trading in secondary market in corporate bonds.
