With effect from October 1, WTS Global welcomes Matthias Lichtblau, former Executive Director of the international arm of German law firm, CMS, as Chief Operational Officer (COO).
As a member of the Global Executive Team, he will support CEO, Wim Wuyts with the acceleration and implementation of the WTS Global strategy.
In this role, Matthias will primarily focus on Network Development in markets that are crucial for continued strong growth, facilitate Business Development and further manage operational cooperation amongst our international teams within our Global Service Lines.
At CMS, where Matthias started working in 2007, he oversaw all global operations. Prior to CMS, Matthias spent seven years at Clifford Chance where he was a member of the European Regional Management team and Head of Business Development for Germany. Matthias holds an MBA and PhD degree in Business Administration.
