Skadden is advising Yixin Group Ltd., a leading online automobile retail transaction platform in China and a subsidiary of Bitauto Holdings Ltd., on its HK$6.77 billion (approximately US$870 million) listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Trading in the shares commenced on 16 November 2017.
