Leading offshore law firm Appleby is delighted to welcome litigation specialist George Mallis to further strengthen the Hong Kong Dispute Resolution department.
Prior to joining Appleby George practised for a Magic Circle law firm in Australia and a leading US law firm in Hong Kong as well as in-house in Hong Kong at one of the largest global investment banks.
George has extensive experience in handling contentious regulatory matters and specialises in commercial litigation, including minority shareholder claims, insolvency disputes, funds disputes and general corporate disputes.
George has acted for clients across the Asia-Pacific region, from asset management firms to a broad range of financial services corporations, including their fund management affiliates, listed corporations, and company directors and officers.
