nternational law firm Bird & Bird has acted as advisor to Reward on the recent strategic investment into the company by Experian plc.
Reward is an industry leader in customer engagement and commerce media, integrating content, advertising, and commerce for consumers through its cloud-based API platform. Experian is a FTSE100 global information services company which delivers a unique combination of data, analytics and software across a wide range of markets including, among others, financial services, healthcare, automotive, agrifinance and insurance.
Experian’s investment in Reward builds upon an existing commercial partnership between the two companies. Future collaboration will focus on developing further Reward’s offerings across banks and retail and expanding reach, creating a more rewarding experience for consumers.
