Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised TBO Tek Limited (“Company”) on its initial public offering of equity shares (“Equity Shares” and the initial public offering, the “Offer” or “IPO”) aggregating to Rs. 15,508.09 million. The Offer comprised of a fresh issue of 4,347,826 Equity Shares aggregating to Rs. 4,000 million and an offer for sale of 12,508,797 Equity Shares aggregating to Rs. 11,508.09 million. The Equity Shares commenced trading on BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India
Limited (“NSE” and together with BSE Limited, the “Stock Exchanges”) on May 15, 2024.
CAM’s role encompassed advising the Company on regulatory compliance involving the IPO, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring the smooth execution of the IPO process.
