Mark Kevin “Makee” U. Dellosa is an employment and immigration law specialist, providing legal advice on various labor matters, including employment issues in corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), migration and termination of employees, job outsourcing, and expatriate and overseas employment. He regularly assists clients with their day-to-day human resource operations and compliance with general labor and occupational safety and health standards, and has extensive experience in labor litigation. Makee’s practice covers a wide range of industries including banking, manufacturing, education, business process outsourcing, insurance, warehousing and logistics, pharmaceutical, food, and clothing.
Makee obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Management (magna cum laude) in 2011 and his Bachelor of Laws degree (cum laude, Batch Valedictorian) in 2015 from the University of Santo Tomas. He joined SyCipLaw in January 2016 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar that year. He has co-authored several articles and publications on employment and labor laws, and has been cited as a Key Lawyer for Labor and Employment by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific in 2024 and 2025.
Christian B. Llido is a litigator based in the Firm’s Cebu office. He has handled numerous civil, criminal and labor cases in the regular and appellate courts, as well as before various quasi-judicial agencies. In respect to his practice in employment law, Christian advises clients on labor and employment matters, including employment relations, employment contracts, certification elections, strikes, and employee discipline and investigation. He also has substantial experience in real estate projects and has been involved in the conduct of due diligence on corporate acquisitions and real estate purchases by clients, and the review of commercial agreements and service contracts.
Christian completed his undergraduate studies at the University of the Philippines – Cebu (cum laude) in 2003 and earned his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Cebu (magna cum laude, Batch Valedictorian) in 2007. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2008 (10th place) and joined SyCipLaw in April 2008. He is a member of the Visayas Chapter of The American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, Inc.
