Our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Partner Gillian Lam, has been admitted as a member of the Panel of Arbitrators of eBRAM International Online Dispute Resolution Centre Limited for a term of 5 years and Counsel, Stanley Lo has been appointed as an Arbitrator of the Panel of Arbitrators at Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber (APIAC) for a term of 4 years. eBRAM is a non-profit company, supported by the Asian Academy of International Law Ltd, Hong Kong Bar Association, and Law Society of Hong Kong. It is dedicated to enhancing Hong Kong’s arbitration and mediation services while building capacity to meet the growing demand for online dispute resolution and deal-making services across borders by leveraging innovative technologies, such as artificial intelligence, blockchain and cloud. APIAC is an international arbitration institution established by arbitration experts from Pacific Rim countries and regions. As an APIAC arbitrator, Stanley will join a distinguished panel handling dispute resolution across seven regions, including Singapore, the United States, Canada, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. APIAC is dedicated to providing efficient, fair, cost-effective, and accessible international arbitration services for commercial disputes arising from Asian trade cooperation and conflicts between China and ASEAN countries.
