Linklaters has acted as the Hong Kong and US counsel to Shenzhen LDRobot Co., Ltd. (LDRobot) on its global offering and listing of H shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX), raising approximately HK$880m.
The public offering was oversubscribed by more than 6,700 times, making it one of the most sought after IPOs in Hong Kong SAR this year.
An AI-driven robotics technology company, LDRobot focuses on the in-house research, development and manufacture of visual perception and spatial intelligence–related technologies.
