Linklaters acted as placing agents’ counsel on the successful completion of placing of new H shares for Beijing 51WORLD Digital Twin Technology Co., Ltd. (51WORLD) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX), raising approximately HK$400m.

The company operates R&D, engineering, and innovation centres in Shanghai, Chengdu, and Shenzhen, with a business network covering China and extending to 19 countries and regions overseas, serving over a thousand large and medium-sized enterprise clients worldwide.
