SSEK Managing Partner To Discuss Cryptoasset Disputes In Indonesia At Singapore Conference.

SSEK Law Firm managing partner Dewi Savitri Reni (Vitri) will speak at Bridging Laws for Business – A Decade Advancing Trade, Technology and Trust, a half-day conference hosted by the Asian Business Law Institute (ABLI) on Wednesday, August 26, at the Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore.
Vitri will join a panel discussion titled A “Cradle to Grave” Review of Cryptoasset Dispute Resolution in ASEAN, which will examine the lifecycle of cryptoasset disputes.
The panel will feature experts from Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam, who will offer practical perspectives on the evolving legal and regulatory landscape for cryptoasset disputes across ASEAN. Topics will include litigation strategies, valuation and damages, the preservation and tracing of cryptoassets, enforcement of judgments and awards, and insolvency issues involving digital assets.
As part of the panel, Vitri will provide an Indonesia-focused perspective on the country’s cryptoasset landscape and the issues that arise when cryptoasset disputes reach the Indonesian legal system. Her discussion will include Indonesia’s regulatory framework for cryptoassets and the roles of the relevant authorities, as well as cryptoasset disputes in practice and selected case studies.
The event, part of Singapore Convention Week 2026, marks the 10th anniversary of the Asian Business Law Institute and the 11th anniversary of the entry into force of the HCCH 2005 Choice of Court Convention.
