Linklaters Advises On US$2bn Sustainability-Linked Refinancing For ESR Group.

A Linklaters team led by banking partner Douglas Doherty with support from Nicole Ngan and Asha Ross has advised the mandated lead arrangers, underwriters and bookrunners on the US$2bn equivalent sustainability-linked refinancing facilities for ESR Group.  

The oversubscribed debt facilities reflect strong lender confidence in ESR’s long-term growth strategy, highlighting the depth of support from the lending syndicate for one of Asia-Pacific’s leading real asset managers.
