Eversheds has appointed Rachael Shek as a partner in its leading disputes practice which is led by senior partner Mark Yeadon. Rachael joins from Herbert Smith Freehills in Hong Kong.
A highly regarded dispute resolution specialist, Rachael has advised Chinese state-owned companies, multinational corporates, global investment banks and other financial services providers, manufacturers and high net worth individuals.
In her role at Eversheds Rachael will focus on general commercial and banking litigation including actions before the Hong Kong High Court, Court of Appeal and Court of Final Appeal.
This appointment marks a further milestone in the development of Eversheds dispute resolution practice and the overall business in Greater China and across Asia.
