Tahoe Investment Group Co., Ltd. announced on April 11 2017 that it has signed a US$150 million definitive merger agreement with Alliance HealthCare Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: AIQ). The transaction would result in Alliance HealthCare going private.
Skadden is representing Tahoe Investments on the transaction. The Skadden team includes partner Peter Huang, and associates James Chang, Ning Dong, Peter Qiu and Min Lu.
