Hong Kong based international law firm FitzGerald Lawyers (FitzGerald) is proud to announce the addition of a new partner to our Hong Kong office.
Hans Lee is a chartered patent attorney (UK) and qualified lawyer, working extensively in patents, trademarks, copyright, designs and trade secrets. He has particular experience in telecommunications, semiconductors, electronic devices, power tools, biotechnology, anti-counterfeiting technology and software. Hans will head the IP practice at FitzGerald.
Previously Hans was a partner in the intellectual property practice at Nixon Peabody CWL and a member of the patent team at Bird & Bird Hong Kong.
Hans has been acknowledged as an Asia IP Expert by Asia IP, among the world's leading patent professionals by IAM Patent 1000 and as an IP Star by Managing IP. He's also been a finalist for the International Law Office Client Choice Awards in IP-Patents.
