Mayer Brown has advised Ho Bee Land Limited, the Singapore-based listed real estate development and investment company, on the purchase of the freehold interest in 67 Lombard Street, London for circa £129 million.
Ho Bee Land acquired the 93,640 sq ft property through its wholly owned subsidiary, Stream Field Investments Limited, by purchasing Emmatown Properties Ltd from Green Property Holdings.
The nine-storey office building was refurbished in 2014 and is multi-let to six tenants, including Arthur J. Gallagher, a Fortune 500 company.

Mayer Brown has previously advised Ho Bee Land on the purchase of 60/62 St Martin’s Lane, London for £43.9 million in 2014 and the purchase of Rose Court, London for £67.2 million in 2013 and its sale earlier this year.
