We are pleased to announce the appointment of two new executive partners at ZICO Law Thailand, effective 1 July 2017.
We welcome Mr Mohd Sofiyuddin Ahmad Tabrani, a Partner from our Kuala Lumpur office, who brings over 15-years of experience working in the legal sector.
Sofiyuddin has built his reputation advising clients on business advisory, compliance and governance, regulatory reform and advisory, as well as corporate advisory, financial services including banking and finance, debt and equity capital markets, Islamic finance, and company secretarial matters.
Our second appointment is Ms Threenuch Bunruangthaworn who is promoted to Executive Partner. Threenuch joined ZICO Law Thailand in 2007 and was promoted to Partner in 2015.
Threenuch is experienced in assisting both Thai and foreign multinational clients in setting up business operations and advising on relevant laws regarding foreign investment in Thailand. Her practice focuses on banking, finance, and commercial matters, as well as competition, employment, and securities law.
