Davis Polk is advising We Doctor Holdings Limited in connection with its $500 million issuance of shares to investors led by AIA Company Limited and New World Development Company Limited.
We Doctor is China’s leading technology-enabled health care solutions platform, providing seamless online and offline health care services as well as integration of general practitioner and specialist doctors. AIA is the largest independent publically listed pan-Asia life insurance group. New World Development is a Hong Kong-based company with core business areas in property development, property investment, infrastructure and services, department stores and hotels.
