Skadden has advised Aurora Mobile Ltd. (JG), a leading mobile big data solutions platform in China, on its US$77 million initial public offering of American Depositary Shares and listing on the Nasdaq. Trading in the ADS commenced on 26 July, 2018.
Julie Gao led the Skadden team, with counsel Shu Du, associates Jie Zhang, Yadi Fan, and Frank Xu, and international legal consultant Zhihong Yao, in the firm's Hong Kong and Beijing offices.
