Skadden advised Nomura International plc, SMBC Nikko Capital Markets Limited and Mizuho International plc as international underwriters' counsel on WORLD CO., LTD.'s ¥ 48.4 billion (approximately US$ 429 million) initial public offering on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
WORLD CO., LTD. is a leading retailer and manufacturer of women's and men's clothing and lifestyle goods based in Japan. Trade in the shares commenced on 28 September 2018 under the symbol "3612".
