Santosh S. Padmashali, is currently Senior Employment Counsel at Intel Technology India Pvt. Ltd. He is based out of Bangalore, India. In his current role he is responsible for advising on key areas of employment law/labor compliance. Prior to joining Intel he was working as a Director and Managing Counsel at BNY Mellon, a global investments company, where he was their employment counsel for the India operations (12K plus employees) and providing both contentious and non-contentious employment law support to the HR team and business leaders. Prior to BNY Mellon, Santosh built strong in-house experience in companies like WNS Global Services Private Limited, 3i Infotech Ltd and 4004 Incorporated and as such he has a great understanding of what is needed to be a true legal partner.
