Skadden is advising VCREDIT Holdings Limited, a leading independent online consumer finance service provider in China, on its approximately HK$4 billlon (US$ 516 million) issuance of new shares. The additional capital will be used to further expand VCREDIT's market-leading position in the consumer finance industry. The transaction is subject to a number of conditions, including the granting of a "whitewash waiver" by the Executive of the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong.
