Skadden advised BlueCity Holdings on its US$ 85 million initial public offering of 5.3 million American Depositary Shares and listing on Nasdaq. Blued is China's leading mobile platform for the LGBTQ community and is also a market-leader in India, South Korea and Vietnam. Trading commenced on 8 July 2020.
