On July 19, 2020, the new version of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 7, 2020 No. 360-VI "On people's health and the health care system" (hereinafter – the "Health Code" ) comes into force .
In this publication, we would like to highlight the most significant changes and innovations provided for by the above Health Code.
