Clifford Chance has advised Malaysian dairy producer Farm Fresh Berhad on the international aspects of its US$238.8 million (RM1 billion) initial public offering and listing on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd, marking the country’s largest offering since June 2021. The firm advised on US federal securities law and English law.
