We sincerely welcome Mr. Lin Zhijun to our Beijing office. Mr. Lin specializes in the areas of private equity/venture capital, capital markets and mergers & acquisitions. Currently, he is transferring his personal profiles and going through other relevant formalities before joining JunHe.
Mr. Lin began his legal career at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe before joining a well-known Chinese firm in 2008. He has expertise in private equity financing, capital markets in China and overseas, mergers and acquisitions, employee stock incentive practices, and particularly in the area of the privatization and restructuring of red-chip structures. Mr. Lin has represented a wide range of clients in the privatization of companies listed on US or Hong Kong stock exchanges and has successfully assisted numerous Chinese companies in restructuring their red-chip structures and completing A-share IPOs. He has provided services to many companies in new economy sector, accumulating vast experience in employee stock incentive arrangements, particularly, Mr. Lin has expertise in designing customized stock incentive plans addressing the specific business and management needs of the startups.
