Arun Prabhu is a Partner and Head of the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) Practice at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. Arun advises extensively on data protection and privacy including providing sector-specific, cutting edge advice to clients who are exposed to increased industry specific risks.

He regularly advises on the intersection between business and emerging technologies. He has advised several Indian and overseas clients across sectors, ranging from banking, financial services and healthcare to automotive and logistics on technology-centric mergers, acquisitions, investments and transactions.
