The country’s first Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Professionals Summit is being held this week from November 23 to November 25, 2022 in Manila.
DivinaLaw Senior Partner Atty. Enrique V. Dela Cruz Jr., the Firm’s Data Privacy group head and officer, discussed recent issuances from the National Privacy Commission and took part in a panel discussion on Legal Excellence Capability during the second day of the summit.
The three-day event is organized by the National Association of Data Protection Officers of the Philippines (NADPOP), supported by the Philippine Computer Emergency Response Team Coordinating Council (PH-CERT/CC).
