It gives me immense pleasure to announce that Alpha Partners will be merging its practice with Fox & Mandal and along with my team, I will be joining Fox & Mandal as a Partner and will be heading the corporate practice. Our operations with Fox & Mandal will start from January 1, 2023. With this association, we will be able to better service our clients and enhance our corporate and transactional practice.
