Leading health law firm Hill Dickinson has been reappointed to the NHS Commercial Solutions legal services framework.
The new term runs from 1 February 2023 for a further four years, in direct continuation of the current four-year term, and covers provision of legal services in relation to all eight areas of the framework. These are:
• Corporate and commercial
• Employment
• Property
• Health
• Primary care
• Mental health
• Healthcare projects
• NHS Governance and Public Law
Andrew Craggs, head of Hill Dickinson’s Health Business Group, said reappointment to the NHS Commercial Solutions legal panel is a major win for the firm, saying:
“We have provided legal advice to NHS Commercial Solutions for many years now, which has given us a good understanding of the organisation’s needs and how to tailor our services accordingly.
“That we have been successful once again in being reappointed to all eight lots within the framework builds on an already well-established relationship and means we can continue to provide a full range of legal services drawing on expertise from across our health offering nationally. We are delighted at this positive outcome.”
