Based in Hong Kong, McNeill will lead the expansion of complex dispute services Globally
Kroll, the leading independent provider of global risk and financial advisory solutions, announced the appointment of Graham McNeill to lead the firm’s Global Expert Services practice. Kroll’s Expert Services provide independent expert analysis, testimony, advice and investigations for complex disputes and projects.

McNeill’s arrival is seen as instrumental for Kroll which is committed to growing its global presence and capabilities in key markets around the world including Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia which remain key growth markets for the firm.
McNeill has worked in Asia for over 25 years and has extensive experience in the preparation, defense, negotiation and settlement of contractual claims. He is recognized by Who’s Who Legal as a Global Elite Thought Leader and “top class expert who is highly respected in the international markets”. He is also cited for his “very comprehensive and well-reasoned reports” and his “excellent performance on the stand”. He is frequently appointed as Quantum Expert/Advisor both internationally and in Hong Kong, giving evidence in Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration. Having worked as a PQS, contractor and consultant, McNeill is able to provide strategic advice to a range of clients across multiple sectors.
