Background

 

 

Mr. Agus Ahadi Deradjat joined ABNR in November 1996 and has been a partner since 2004. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in February of 1996, with a major in business law. He has been involved in a wide range of practice areas, including:

 

  • corporate matters and restructurings,
  • foreign investment,
  • project financings,
  • mergers and acquisitions,
  • privatization,
  • and telecommunications.

 

He has significant experience in advising and representing multinational companies engaged in various sectors of industries, which include:

 

  • manufacturing,
  • pharmaceutical,
  • oil and gas services,
  • hospitality,
  • information technology,
  • plantation and
  • the automobile industries.

 

During the years 2000-2001, he was assigned to an international firm in New York.
