Skadden represented long-standing client JD.com, a leading supply chain-based technology and service provider, on its US$2.0 billion convertible senior notes offering.
This includes its US$1.75 billion Rule 144A and Regulation S offering of 0.25% convertible senior notes due 2029 and the initial purchasers’ full exercise of an additional US$250 million in aggregate principal amount of notes.
