Ms. Diao specializes in investment funds and private equity and before joining JunHe she worked as a partner at another Red Circle law firm. The transfer of her lawyer relationship and other related procedures are being processed.
Ms. Diao has many years of experience in fund establishment, investments, asset management, operational compliance, the transfer of units and the exit and liquidation of various funds such as PE/VC, industrial, real estate and art funds. With experience in industries such as finance and real estate, Ms. Diao has led or participated in the establishment of a number of innovative funds and investment projects. Her clients include top private equity institutions, large state-owned enterprises, listed companies, market-oriented funds of funds, insurance, securities, wealth management and other financial institutions and family offices, such as China Life Insurance, CITIC Capital, GLP, Pacific Insurance and CapitaLand. Ms. Diao also practices in the fields of M&A and asset securitization.
