Ms. Wang graduated from Fudan University and Hong Kong University and is proficient in Mandarin, English and Cantonese. Her areas of practice include corporate and M&As, new energy, foreign investment, real estate and corporate affairs. Ms. Wang provides high-quality legal services to both domestic and international enterprises, and has experience in designing complex transaction structures and risk management. Her legal services span industries including new energy, fast-moving consumer goods and real estate. In the new energy field, Ms. Wang has participated in the mergers and acquisitions of new energy projects by foreign enterprises, involving wind power, ground-mounted photovoltaics, commercial and industrial distributed photovoltaics, and integrated photovoltaic storage and charging. She assists clients in seizing investment opportunities amidst the green economy wave. In corporate investment and M&As, Ms. Wang has led or participated in several landmark transactions. These include representing AEW in the sale of Caike International Building, representing Gaw Capital in the sale of Pacific Century Place, and assisting APOLLO in establishing a domestic strategic investment platform with Gemdale Group to acquire industrial property projects.
Ms. Wang has solid professional expertise and execution capabilities and she will inject new vitality into JunHe’s provision of legal services in the Yangtze River Delta region.
