Appleby’s Jersey and BVI experts assisted Bunge Global SA with the USD 34 billion merger of Bunge Global SA and Viterra Limited, leading to the multi-jurisdiction restructuring and creation of a premier global agribusiness solutions company for food, feed and fuel.
The corporate team was led by Jersey Partner Simon Felton and Counsel Johanna Murphy, together with BVI Partner Andrew Jowett, and assisted by Inyeneobong Udoh and Megan Bhagwandas.
